Tsumande-chonmage

“Tsumande-chonmage” is a catchphrase for finger-food series, just the kind of snacks that
perfectly match with Iwakuni’s local sake. “Chonmage” literally is a top knot, a trademark of Samurai, and a “Tokkuri” sake bottle is used as a top-knot, instead, for these finger-food made of
local specialties.
