From Shin-Iwakuni Station to Kintaikyo Bridge

After disembarking the shinkansen, take the stairs or elevator down to the ticket gate. There is only one ticket gate.
Exit from the ticket gate, and go to your right.
If you do not know the bus departure time, you can check here.
Proceed straight to the station exit.
Inside the station building, there is a timetable for buses bound for Kintaikyo Bridge, as well as sightseeing pamphlets in various languages.
After exiting the station, cross over the pedestrian crossing that can be seen straight ahead.
After crossing the pedestrian crossing, go to the right towards the corner. The bus stop is just around the corner.
The bus bound for Kintaikyo Bridge departs from Bus Stop 1.
*Buses for Kintaikyo Bridge run every 20~30 minutes.
Board the bus from the rear door, and pay your fare when you disembark.
Bus fares can be paid with cash, or with a smart card such as Suica, PASMO, or ICOCA cards. The one-way fare to Kintaikyo Bridge is 350 yen for adult.
*Credit card or QR code cellphone payments are not accepted.
A. When paying with cash, take a numbered ticket as soon as you board the bus.
B. When paying using a smart card, touch the card to the card reader as soon as you board the bus.
The bus will stop at Bus Stop 8 at Kintaikyo Bridge. When you hear the on-board announcement that the next stop will be “Kintaikyo Bridge”, press the buzzer to let the driver know you wish to disembark, and the bus will stop at Kintaikyo Bridge. If you are paying in cash, pay as you disembark.

B. When paying using smart card, touch the card to the card reader again as you disembark, and the payment will be completed.

From Iwakuni Station to Kintaikyo Bridge

Disembark at Iwakuni Station, and proceed down to the ticket gate. There is only one ticket gate.
Exit from the ticket gate, and go to your right.
Take the left-hand side elevator or escalator to descend to the first floor.
The bus boarding area is on your right. The bus bound for Kintaikyo Bridge departs from Bus Stop 1.
All buses departing from Bus Stop 1 are bound for Kintaikyo Bridge.
Buses run every 10~15 minutes. Board the bus from the rear door.
Board the bus from the rear door, and pay your fare when you disembark.

From Iwakuni Kintaikyo Airport to Kintaikyo Bridge

After picking up your luggage and leaving the arrival lobby, proceed straight to the airport’s exit.
When you exit to the outside, Bus Stop 1 for Iwakuni Station and Kintaikyo Bridge will be immediately visible on your right.
Buses bound for Iwakuni Station and Kintaikyo Bridge depart 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of each flight.
*If you are traveling to Kintaikyo Bridge, it may be necessary to change buses at Iwakuni Station. In such cases, please check the access information for “Iwakuni Station to Kintaikyo Bridge.”
The one-way fare for adult from Iwakuni Kintaikyo Airport to Iwakuni Station is 200 yen, and the one-way fare from Iwakuni Kintaikyo Airport to Kintaikyo Bridge is 380 yen.
