The photographic resources provided on this website have been created for the purpose of widely publicizing the nature, history, culture and other attractions of Iwakuni City.
Please use these resources in order to disseminate Iwakuni City tourism, after reading and understanding the following Terms of Service.

Terms of Service

1. Photographic resources may only be used for the purpose of contributing to the promotion of tourism to Iwakuni City. Furthermore, the following usages of photographic resources are prohibited.
   1. Usage that violates public order
   2. Usage that is connected to criminal activities
   3. Usage that infringes on the rights of a third party
   4. Usage that infringes on the property or privacy of a third party
   5. Any other usage that contravenes the law
   6. Usage that defames a third party
   7. Usage that constitutes pre-election campaigning, election campaigning, or similar activities, or any usage that contravenes the Public Offices Election Act
2. The copyright to these photographic resources belongs either to Iwakuni City or to the photograph provider. Accordingly, please manage photographic resources in good faith, with efforts to protect copyright. Furthermore, legal action may be taken against cases of malicious use that contravene the Copyright Act, etc.
3. Secondary processing of these photographic resources is, in principle, prohibited. However, this does not apply to trimming and image quality correction for use in tourism promotion materials or publications, or sales promotion materials, provided that this does not obscure the image of the subject of the photograph.
4. The use of these photographic resources themselves for commercial purposes is prohibited. Examples include the sale or rental of the photographic resources, manufacture or sales of products that rely on the marketability of the photographic resources (photograph collections, calendars, postcards, etc.).
5. Please use these photographic resources at your own responsibility. Iwakuni City and the photograph provider cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or loss that arises through the use of these photographic resources.
6. If you intend to use these photographic resources in printed matter, etc., please provide a sample of the finished item (or a photocopy) to Iwakuni City. In addition, if you intend to use these photographic resources on a website, please enter the URL in the registration form.
